Eonturn Software Licence
Version 1.0 draft — 27 July 2026
Licence grant
While the customer has an active entitlement, Eonturn grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the identified product within the purchased organisation and device limit.
Ownership
Eonturn and its licensors retain ownership of the software, branding, documentation and intellectual property. The customer retains ownership of its business and operational data.
Restrictions
The customer must not sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, remove proprietary notices, bypass licensing, defeat device limits, use the software to gain unauthorised access, or reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits and cannot be excluded.
Updates
The licence may include updates published for the purchased product and plan. A release may require a supported operating system or dependency.
Local data
Desktop products may store operational data locally. The customer is responsible for backups, access control and lawful processing of that data. Ending a subscription does not transfer ownership of local customer data to Eonturn.
High-risk operations
Deployment, backup, restore, drive, Android and firmware tools must be used only on authorised devices with verified files, correct models, adequate power and suitable backups. The customer remains responsible for professional judgement and customer authority.
End of licence
When the entitlement ends, continued software use may be restricted except for any access required by law, an agreed grace period or data export and recovery functions provided by the product.
