Version 1.0 draft — 27 July 2026

This document is a launch draft and must be completed with the registered legal entity, registered office, company number, final service providers, retention decisions and international-transfer details before public launch.

Who we are

EONTURN LTD operates the Eonturn website, customer accounts, product licensing, software delivery, billing references and support services.

Privacy enquiries: general@eonturn.co.uk

Information we process

Depending on the service used, we may process business names, company numbers, contact details, authorised-user names and email addresses, authentication records, organisation memberships, product subscriptions, payment and invoice references, device identifiers and labels, licence events, download records, support correspondence, website enquiries, security logs and legal-document acceptance records.

Eonturn does not require customers to send unnecessary passwords, identity documents, private device files or repair-customer content during ordinary support.

Why we process information

We use information to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, provide product access, enforce device limits, manage subscriptions, deliver approved software releases, provide support, protect the platform, investigate abuse, keep financial and contractual records, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

The lawful basis may include performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where appropriate.

Sharing

Information may be shared with contracted hosting, payment, email, security, backup and support providers; professional advisers; regulators or public authorities where legally required; and a genuine purchaser or successor if the business is sold or reorganised.

Eonturn does not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Final transfer wording and safeguards must be recorded after production hosting, email, payment and support providers are selected.

Retention

Account, subscription, security, support and financial records are retained only for as long as necessary for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Specific retention periods must be approved before public launch.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict information, object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to general@eonturn.co.uk.

Individuals may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

The platform uses essential cookies for secure sessions and CSRF protection. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must not be enabled without an appropriate consent process.

Updates

This notice will be updated when products, providers or processing activities materially change. The effective version should be displayed when information is collected.
